Founding memberships

Training

Train for more

Build strength. Develop endurance. Move better. Perform at a higher level.

Strength

Build real strength through intelligent progressive training.

An athlete deep into an effort on an air bike

Conditioning

Develop the engine to work harder and recover faster.

Performance

Train to move, compete and perform at your best.

Community

Train alongside people who take it as seriously as you do.

Membership

A capped room.
An open door.

Membership is capped and taken by application, and the founding places are open now. The cap is what keeps the equipment free when you reach for it and the floor worth training on — and it is why applications eventually close.

7,000per month

₱84,000 for 12 months, paid up front

Limited founding places available.

  • An Open Floor

Not a class timetable. The floor is open through the day: come when it suits you, train your own session, take the time you need on the lift you came for.

  • Coaching On Hand

Membership is the room and the equipment. Coaching with the people below is booked on top of it — so it is there when you want it, and you are not paying for it in the weeks you do not.

  • A Capped Room

The room is capped so the equipment is free when you need it and the floor never becomes a queue.

Coaches

On the floor

Qualified, present, and in the room with you.

Questions

The questions we get

  • What kind of gym is this?

An open floor, not a class timetable. You come when it suits you, train your own session, and take as long as you need on the thing you came in for. The equipment is here to be used properly rather than circuited through in forty-five minutes.

  • Do I need to be an athlete to train here?

No. The coaching is at a level competitive athletes travel for, which is exactly why it works for someone starting out — the same eye that fixes a national record holder's setup will fix yours. Come as you are and we will meet you there.

  • Is coaching included in the membership?

Membership is the room, the equipment and the hours. Coaching is booked on top of it, so it is there in the weeks you want it and you are not paying for it in the weeks you do not.

  • What am I paying, and when?

A founding place is ₱84,000 for 12 months — ₱7,000 a month — paid once, up front, after your place is confirmed. Settlement is by bank transfer or GCash. Nothing is ever charged through this website and we never ask for card details.

  • Where do I park?

One Parkade and Two Parkade are both a short walk from the door, and there is parking on the lower ground of Central Square. Bonifacio High Street is small enough that any of the three leaves you a couple of minutes away.

  • Are there showers and changing rooms?

Separate changing rooms for women and men, with showers in both. Towels are provided — you do not need to carry one in and you do not need to carry a wet one home.

  • What should I bring?

Training shoes and yourself. Towels are here, and there is somewhere to put your things while you train.

  • When can I train?

Every day, 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Weekends included. The floor is open throughout — there is no session to book to get on it.
